Can a pending user sign in?
Yes. A pending account can explore Energy, but delivery may remain unavailable until activation.
What is the difference between a campaign and ad set?
The campaign is the overall initiative. Each ad set defines dates, budget, delivery speed, bundle, locations, active hours, and creatives.
Can one ad set use several creatives?
Yes. Select every matching creative you want attached to that ad set.
Can one bundle contain several screen types?
No. A bundle has one screen type so its creative requirements remain consistent.
What happens when no location is selected?
Follow the builder message. For supported custom bundles, no selection can mean all screens in that bundle.
Are impressions and DOOH plays the same?
No. They measure different delivery values and can differ.
Can I edit a creative?
No. Upload a replacement creative when the content changes.
Does Energy store card details?
No. Top up uses a hosted payment provider page and Energy updates balance only after server confirmation.
