Check the supported file type and size. Try selecting the file again from the upload area. Keep the page open after submission.
Image conversion takes time
Energy converts supported images to a 10-second video before upload. The progress panel changes through conversion and upload stages. Do not submit the same file repeatedly.
Creative stays processing
Open its Overview to check the current delivery-system status. A completed upload can still require external processing or validation.
Creative is unavailable in an ad set
The selected bundle screen type can filter out creatives with different dimensions. Confirm the asset matches the bundle's width and height, then upload a matching replacement.

Creative was rejected
Read the rejection reason. Creatives cannot be edited after creation, so correct the source asset and upload it as a new creative.
