When to use this
Register when your email is not already connected to Energy. Choose the account type based on who the advertising represents.
Choose an account type
| Type | Use it when |
|---|---|
| Individual | You are advertising personally or as an independent customer. |
| Company | Your company advertises its own products or services. |
| Agency | You manage advertising on behalf of another organization or client. |
Create the account
- Open Create an account from the login page.
- Select Individual, Company, or Agency.
- Enter your name and, when shown, the company or agency name.
- Select your country and enter a reachable mobile number.
- Enter the email you will use to sign in.
- Create a password that satisfies every displayed rule.
- For a company or agency, upload the requested registration document.
- Request the six-digit code, enter it, and confirm registration.
Account status
A pending user can sign in and explore Energy. Campaign delivery can remain unavailable until an administrator approves the account. If your document is missing, a banner can appear at the top of the platform with an upload action.
Common problems
- The code expired: request another code and use the newest message.
- The document is not accepted: use the supported file type and keep within the displayed size limit.
- The account still needs activation: wait for the administrator review or follow the instructions sent to your email.
