Why preparation matters
Every bundle uses one screen type. That type defines the required width, height, duration, allowed file formats, and maximum file size. A mismatched asset can fail upload or validation.

Before you export
- Confirm which bundle you expect to use.
- Read the creative requirement displayed with its screen type and confirm it against the table above.
- Export at the exact width and height.
- Keep the file below the maximum size.
- Use a clear filename and keep a source copy outside Energy.
Energy accepts supported videos directly. A supported image is converted in the background into a 10-second MP4 before it is sent for processing.
What happens next
The creative enters processing and validation. It may be selectable immediately but cannot deliver until the applicable review is complete.
